A Microsoft Small Business Specialist is a unique designation of technology people that specialize in delivering innovative solutions and services to the small-business segment. To qualify, we had to demonstrate our knowledge of Microsoft small business products, such as Windows Small Business Server, Office 2003, and Windows XP. In fact, we were the first in Central and Southeast Ohio to earn the Small Business Specialist competency, and one of the first in the nation, in September 2005. Small Business CommitmentIs it possible to care too much about our customers? None of our exisiting ones think so, and some of them have been with us for over a decade. Our Small Business Specialist designation shows our commitment to our small business customers. We also constantly train, study, and review new products and services. A significant percentage of our work week is investigating how new ideas can help our customers. Okay, we admit that playing with new gadgets is part of the fun we have at work. So is solving our clients' business problems. We look forward to finding solutions to our customers' needs, even the off-the-wall ones.
